Pay Rate: £30,000
Grade: RCS O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday. 08:00-16:00. (Possible flexibility.)
Location: EMG, Derby, DE74 2BF

We're now looking for a Quality Technician to play a key role in maintaining quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement across our operation.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Inspecting, testing, and quality-checking products within a warehouse or workshop environment
Supporting repair, staging, configuration, picking, and packing activities
Identifying, recording, and managing non‑conformances in line with quality standards
Using warehouse management systems to track work and maintain accurate records
Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Have experience in a workshop, warehouse, or quality-focused environment
Have experience with technical drawings (reading and understanding them), as well as measuring tools
Pay strong attention to detail and take pride in doing things right
Are comfortable working with systems and following defined processes
Enjoy problem solving and identifying opportunities to improve quality
Are focused on continuous improvement in everything they do
