Etwall Dental Practice is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Front of House (Dental Receptionist)to join our friendly, supportive, and growing team.

We are an independent, well-established mixed NHS and Private practice with 5* modern surgeries*, a loyal patient base and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality dentistry in a caring and professional environment.

As a busy referral practice, you'll be working alongside experienced clinicians using the latest technology while helping to provide an outstanding patient experience.

This is more than a reception role. You'll be at the heart of the practice, helping patients feel welcome, supporting them throughout their treatment journey, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Answer telephone, email, and online enquiries promptly.
Manage appointments, recalls and clinician diaries efficiently.
Convert new patient enquiries into booked consultations, including Practice Plan registrations
Support patients through their treatment journey.
Follow up outstanding treatment plans and patient enquiries.
Process payments and assist with finance applications.
Maintain accurate patient records and CRM systems.
Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Keep reception organised, professional and welcoming at all times.

What We're Looking For

Must have experience in a dental receptionist role
Experience using Exact or Dentally practice management software is preferred.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Confident using computers and digital systems.
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Saturdays – one a month
