Experienced Weekend Dental Receptionist Required – Norwich
We are a small, friendly dental practice in Norwich seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on weekends.
Our practice provides both NHS and private dental services, including a small NHS urgent care contract. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a mixed NHS/private practice and be confident managing a busy reception environment.
Role Details:
- Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays
- Hours:
- Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist (essential)
- Knowledge of NHS and private dental procedures
- Familiarity with Dentally software and Excel (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent patient care and attitude
