LITIGATION LAWYER
THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Litigation Lawyer looking to work for an independent practice where you can focus on providing the best possible service to your clients? We are looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join Hatch Brenner Solicitors in Norwich. The role will be varied and cover the broad spectrum of litigation including personal injury, property disputes, contested probate, TOLATA claims, contractual disputes and debt recovery.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives who can demonstrate at least 3 years PQE in handling their own caseload of litigation related matters. The role will cover the broad spectrum of civil law and you will be dealing with all types of litigation matters on behalf of claimants and defendants and will also require contribution towards business development and growing the Dispute Resolution portfolio.
