Full job description

Castle Street is a new premium late-night bar concept focused on exceptional hospitality, live music, premium drinks, and bespoke cocktails. The venue will deliver a high-energy atmosphere with a stylish and modern feel, creating a destination for quality nightlife, entertainment, and customer experience.

We are building a team of passionate, energetic, and professional individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are committed to delivering outstanding service.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a premium guest experience through exceptional service, drink quality, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining high standards across the venue, and contributing to the energetic atmosphere of Castle Street.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Create a welcoming, energetic, and professional atmosphere
Engage positively with guests and build repeat customer relationships
Handle customer requests and issues professionally

Beverage Service

Prepare and serve premium cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverages
Maintain consistency and presentation standards across all drinks
Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails and premium products
Ensure responsible alcohol service standards are followed

Venue Operations

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all bar and customer areas
Support opening and closing procedures
Work effectively during busy late-night trading hours
Follow all health & safety and licensing regulations
Assist with stock control and general bar operations

Live Music & Atmosphere

Contribute to a vibrant and high-energy late-night environment
Support live music and entertainment events through excellent floor service
Maintain professional standards during busy events and peak trading periods

Skills & ExperienceEssential

Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights

Desirable

Cocktail-making experience
Knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and cocktails
Experience in late-night venues or live music environments
Passion for hospitality and nightlife culture
