Overview

We are seeking a personable and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering queries about drinks and menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations.
Manage stock levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws regarding the sale of alcohol and uphold responsible serving practices.
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods, supporting overall venue operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to bar operations is desirable.
Strong communication skills with an approachable manner when interacting with guests.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts.
A personable attitude with a genuine interest in creating positive guest experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
