Experienced and Junior Chefs (training provided).
Join the team at Mena’s part of our cooking crew, spinning out our Neapolitan pizzas using our traditional Neapolitan wood fired oven or run our burger & sides section
We’re looking for creative, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about food, love to learn and thrive off a fast paced, busy kitchen environment.
You’ll be part of the team that creates the magic of Mena’s and will have pristine attention to detail ensuring our highest standards of food quality is delivered each and every time.
We believe work should be exciting (not just a grind) so expect plenty of banter, high-energy vibes and a supportive team that feels more like family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to the letter for prep, and quality.
- Prepare fresh ingredients
- Communicate with your team during service
- Keep an eye on stock levels and notify the Head Chef if supplies run low.
- Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene (required or completed during training)
- Adhere to top-notch hygiene standards
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a bonus but not required—we provide training!
Skills: Time management skills to thrive during busy periods.
Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety practices and hygiene standards
