Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Representative

Company: Albany Supplies

Location: Maydown, Derry/Londonderry

Work type: Office Based – Permanent Full Time

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:00

Salary: Negotiable on Application

Responsibilities:

· Answer customer questions and solve their problems.

· Utilise knowledge of product features to provide more detailed responses.

· Ensure that all interactions are handled in a timely manner.

· Maintain high level of knowledge about the company's products and services.

· Process new customer signups for the company's products and services.

· Support sales by providing information about products and services to potential customers.

· Provide exceptional support to customers through phone, chat, or email.

· Follow up with customers after their interactions with the company in order to ensure satisfaction.

· Engage with both inbound and outbound calls, and handling all other incoming customer requests to enhance customer experience and on boarding and help exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales related position

· Ability to sell complex products customers with little technical knowledge of the product line

· Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written skills.

· Expertise in or good understanding of various productivity tools e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, HubSpot, etc
