Description
At its core, SourceDogg is a procurement platform that helps enterprise and mid-market organisations manage their suppliers, run tendering and buying, store and govern contracts, and drive supplier performance — across the construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and CPG/food & beverage sectors in Ireland and the UK. But we are much more than procurement software. We deliver business transformation as a service: helping our customers reduce cost, manage and reduce risk, rationalise their supply base, and turn procurement data into decisive action. Now in an accelerated phase of AI-first development, we are embedding intelligence across every part of the procurement lifecycle.
Based in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland, we are a growing company with a collaborative, fast-paced culture where every team member makes a real impact. As we expand and move into new premises, this is an exciting time to join the team. We believe in curiosity, continuous improvement and using technology to solve real business problems.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Advisor as SourceDogg is building a dedicated supply chain and procurement advisory practice. This role sits at the centre of that practice: a credible, experienced operator who can advise client organisations on procurement and supply chain transformation, while also generating incremental commercial value from SourceDogg's existing customer base.

- Train and enable the Customer Success team to extend advisory best practice across the client base.
- Design and personally run major client workshops on procurement and supply chain transformation.
- Create productised consulting offerings that can be sold and delivered repeatably.
- Build out managed-service offerings that extend SourceDogg's relationship with clients beyond software.
Advise and generate commercial value
- Act as a trusted, credible advisor to Procurement Directors and Supply Chain Directors within existing accounts.
- Identify and convert opportunities for additional software adoption arising from advisory engagements.
- Support enterprise sales with subject-matter credibility in strategic and complex deals.
- Generate incremental consulting, adoption, and managed-service revenue from the existing account base.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain, including senior leadership roles.
- A track record of leading procurement or supply chain transformation, ideally within manufacturing or construction environments.
