Overview

We are seeking an organized Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is vital in supporting daily administrative functions, maintaining efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will need to show attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing office tasks.

Responsibilities

Answering phones and queries for customers
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
Completing necessary documentation required for day to day tasks
Support bookkeeping activities by assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and using Sage software
Assist the finance administrator using Sage accounts.
Advancing towards learning new skills in the dispatch dept.

Requirements

Proven experience in an office or administrative role demonstrating strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Sage Accounts System
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document processing
Previous clerical experience
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks
Basic computer skills including familiarity with common office hardware and software applications
