User and Site Connectivity
Support network access for office users, warehouse teams, operational staff and remote employees.
Configure and troubleshoot internet connections, shared resources and site-to-site communications.
Assist with network setup for new employees, workstations, devices and operational areas.
Infrastructure Projects
Support network installations, equipment replacements, office moves and site expansion projects.
Assist with cabling requirements, device deployment, connectivity testing and technical documentation.
Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure that infrastructure work is completed correctly and safely.
Documentation
Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration records, equipment inventories and support procedures.
Document all changes made to devices, connections and security settings.
Ensure technical information is kept current and available for audits, troubleshooting and disaster-recovery planning.

Log service faults, track vendor actions and confirm that agreed resolutions have been completed.
Review supplier performance and report recurring service-quality issues.
Service Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve network reliability, capacity, security and support efficiency.
Analyse recurring incidents and recommend changes that reduce future disruption.
Support the introduction of improved monitoring, automation and network-management processes.
