Join Our Team – Female Live-in Care Assistant - Spinal Cord Injury

We're looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, providing one-to-one support for an individual living with a spinal cord injury. This is far more than a care role—it's an opportunity to empower someone to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy life to the fullest.

**To be considered for an interview, you must be a FEMALE, a preferred manual car driver, aged 21 or older, and have the legal right to live and work in the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs.
Assisting with personal care while promoting independence and dignity.
Supporting daily routines, social activities, appointments, and community access.
Following care plans and clinical guidance, including safe moving and handling procedures.
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns.
Building a positive, professional relationship based on trust, respect, and encouragement.

What We're Looking For

A kind, patient, and dependable individual with excellent communication skills.
Experience in care or supporting people with complex needs is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
A genuine passion for helping others live fulfilling, independent lives.
Flexibility to work two weeks, live in one week off
A commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
Willing to travel
