Full job description

PLG specialises in supporting clients with complex property needs, including those

arising from disability. We work nationally across property finding, rental adaptation and

architectural design, delivering bespoke solutions that help people move forward at some

Role Overview

As a National Property Consultant it will be your role to help source and secure both rental and purchase properties for our clients who are either going through or have been through the litigation process for injuries they have sustained. This is a national, mobile role. Whilst based from our Leicestershire office, it involves regular travel across the UK to attend property viewings, meet clients and engage with agents. You will be providing the highest level of communication and customer service to all clients and ensure they are updated and advised accordingly.

Your main role will include undertaking comprehensive, person-centred assessments of

residential properties to determine their suitability for individuals with specific accessibility

and mobility needs. This will integrate clinical reasoning, environmental analysis, and practical adaptation planning to ensure that any recommended property can safely and sustainably support independent living.

Location: Leicestershire with regular nationwide travel

Contract: Full time

Full UK driving licence required (maximum of 6 points)

Key Responsibilities

Diary management, handling enquiries, scheduling and co-ordinating meetings and appointments.
Recording and management of client and agent data.
Producing and distributing mail shots.
Producing reports to support any ongoing legal cases for clients, in terms of their property needs long-term.
Assist in the production of Suitability, Pre-Purchase and Market Appraisal reports as necessary.
Managing search portals, co-ordinating and attending property viewings nationwide.
Creating client sites using photos and videos of viewings undertaken by our Consultants.
Discussing, submitting, and negotiating offers, on properties both for sale and to rent and management to completion.

Skills and Experience

Experience within residential sales or lettings within estate agency preferred
Good legislation knowledge
Planning and time management skills
Administrative skills
Communication skills
Organisation and prioritisation skills
IT literate
