Reception Class Teacher (Full-Time) – Early Years Foundation Stage Dar ul Madinah Leicester

Dar ul Madinah Leicester warmly invites applications from passionate, nurturing, and motivated educators to join our Reception team as we continue to provide high‑quality Islamic and academic education to our youngest learners.

At Dar ul Madinah, our Early Years provision is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and character-building. We are seeking a Reception Class Teacher who can bring joy, structure, and spiritual warmth to the classroom—someone who understands the importance of early childhood development and is committed to nurturing both the academic and Islamic identity of each child.

The Role

As our Reception Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the earliest stage of a child’s educational journey.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring the reception class (EYFS)
Delivering a creative, play‑based curriculum that supports holistic development
Creating a warm, inclusive, and faith‑aligned learning environment
Ensuring the smooth transition of children into school life
Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil well‑being

Key Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
