What You’ll Do:
- Maintain strong client relationships and develop new client relationships
- Work and contribute to a supportive and experienced team
- Provide administration and advice services to clients across our Wealth and Mortgage & Protection business
- Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices
- Impress our existing and prospective clients with knowledge, attention to detail and accuracy, timely, supportive and helpful responses
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service and finance related employment
- Passion for helping people make informed financial decisions
- Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ambition to grow within a dynamic and professional environment and work as part of a small team
- Accountancy experience is relevant; however, we are a Financial Advice based business and not accountants and not offering a career in accountancy
