With divisions covering new and used machinery sales, parts, servicing, agricultural equipment, and professional ground care machinery, we are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing manager to help drive our business forward.

The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will support the promotion of our agricultural and ground care businesses through digital and traditional marketing activities. You’ll work closely with our sales and management teams to create engaging content, promote products and services, organise events, and strengthen our online presence.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be creating social media content around a new tractor launch, the next filming machinery demonstrations, preparing a customer newsletter, or helping organise a trade show or open day.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing our social media presence.
- Creating engaging content including photography, video, and written posts.
- Oversee website management and updates, ensuring content remains current and optimised for SEO.
- Updating company websites and machinery listings.
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Producing promotional materials and advertisements.
- Assisting with agricultural shows, exhibitions, demonstrations, and open days.
- Working with manufacturers and suppliers on marketing initiatives.
- Promoting machinery sales, parts, service, and aftersales activities.
- Monitoring marketing performance and identifying new opportunities.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads and analyse their performance through Google Analytics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office & Publisher
- Experience using social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Photoshop,
- Knowledge or interest in agriculture, farming, machinery, horticulture, or ground care.
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Experience managing websites and digital content.
- A creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
