The Role
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Installer to join our installation team. You'll be responsible for fitting bespoke kitchens to the highest standard, ensuring every project is completed with precision, professionalism, and care.
Working directly in clients' homes, you'll represent The Devon Kitchen Company throughout the installation process, maintaining excellent communication and ensuring each installation meets our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install bespoke kitchen cabinetry, worktops, appliances, sinks, taps, and associated fixtures to a premium standard.
- Carry out first and second-fix carpentry and minor plumbing associated with kitchen installations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
- Prepare installation areas, making adjustments where required to achieve the highest quality finish.
- Liaise with designers, project managers, suppliers, and other trades to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Resolve on-site challenges while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe throughout each installation.
- Deliver excellent customer service, treating every client's home with respect and professionalism.
- Complete installations on schedule while maintaining our high standards of workmanship.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience installing high-quality kitchens.
- Excellent carpentry skills with experience fitting bespoke cabinetry.
- Competent with minor plumbing required for kitchen installations.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
- Outstanding attention to detail and pride in producing exceptional work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.

- successful candidates will enroll in at least a 4 week trail before a role is agreed*
We will either pair you up with an existing fitting for the first 2 weeks. Then give you your own kitchen to install in week 3 and 4. From this point onwards we will confirm full time employment. A company van can be discussed and a annual tool allowance also given.
SALARY WILL BE INCREASED OVER TIME FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
