Join Our Team as an HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources function in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building positive workplace cultures, driving employee engagement, and partnering with leadership to support business growth.

If you have strong generalist HR experience, a solid understanding of UK employment law, and a passion for developing people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day HR function across the business.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
Support managers with coaching, workforce planning, and people development initiatives.
Oversee performance review processes and learning & development programmes.
Analyse HR metrics and produce reports to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Contribute to organisational change projects and continuous HR process improvements.

Requirements

Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification is desirable.
Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
