Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Primary School Teacher to join our educational community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an Islamic nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners, fostering their academic and social development. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to primary education, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of pupils, embedding the schools ethos.
Educate pupils in various subjects, focusing on skills in literacy, numeracy, and social studies.
Employ effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Assess and evaluate pupils progress through regular assessment and observation, providing feedback to pupils and parents as necessary.
Create an inclusive environment that respects the individual differences of all pupils, promoting their emotional and social growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the educational experience for all pupils.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.

Qualifications

Must have GCSE grades 4 and above in English and Maths.
Must have knowledge of Islamic values and teachings.
Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the growth of young learners.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning and classroom management.
