You will work closely with our Customer Experience & Training Manager and Practice Manager, helping to make sure the front-of-house team delivers consistently high standards every day.

- Handling questions, concerns or complaints with maturity and confidence
- Ensuring patients are guided clearly through their appointment journey
- Supporting patients with rebooking, payment and next steps
- Helping maintain the clinic’s reputation for excellent service

You will help ensure the appointment diary runs efficiently and patients are booked correctly.
This includes:
- Booking and amending patient appointments
- Supporting diary coordination across clinicians and surgeries
- Helping ensure patients are rebooked before leaving the clinic
- Taking payments and managing treatment deposits
- Supporting treatment plan coordination where required
- Communicating clearly with clinicians, nurses, treatment coordinators and management
- Helping reduce gaps, confusion and avoidable diary issues
Team standards and accountability
This role is designed to help reduce day-to-day pressure from the Practice Manager and Customer Experience & Training Manager by creating more ownership within the front-of-house team.
You will help with:
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and presentation
- Supporting team communication during the day
- Ensuring tasks are completed properly and on time
- Helping identify where team members need support or further training
- Encouraging a positive, accountable and service-focused culture
