Videographer, Editor & Social Media Manager

Business Builders Club | Stockport (office-based) | Full-time | £25,000 to £27,000 per year

About Business Builders Club

Business Builders Club helps UK service-based business owners go from chaos to control.
We give them the systems, automation and infrastructure to run a business that does not depend on them being in it.

We are not a coaching or theory business.

We build real things, and we are growing fast.

We are now hiring one person to own our content. This is a blended role: part videographer and editor, part social media manager. If you can shoot, cut and post content that actually looks the part, and you want to own the whole pipeline rather than sit in a corner of it, read on.

The Role

You will be responsible for how Business Builders Club shows up online. That means capturing the footage, editing it into sharp, on-brand content, and running the channels it goes out on. You will work from our Stockport office alongside the founders and the wider team, with a direct line to the people making the decisions.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You own the camera, the timeline and the calendar.

What You'll Do

Video and editing

Plan and shoot video content: talking-head pieces, training clips, behind-the-scenes, short-form social and webinar assets
Edit footage into polished content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
Cut long-form material (training sessions, webinars, podcasts) into short clips
Keep every piece on-brand: premium, clean, gold and black, no filler
Manage footage, project files and a tidy content library

Social media

Own the content calendar across all BBC channels
Write captions and copy that sound like us: direct, professional, no fluff
Schedule, publish and keep posting consistent
Engage with comments, messages and the community
Track what is working and report on reach, engagement and growth

About You

Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a showreel or portfolio
Confident with editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar)
Strong eye for short-form content and what performs on each platform
Experience running social media accounts for a brand or business
Good copywriting instincts and a clean, professional tone
Organised, able to manage a calendar and hit deadlines without being chased
Happy working in-person from our Stockport office, five days a week
Self-starter who wants to own a function, not just complete tasks

Nice to Have

Experience in business, B2B or professional services content
Motion graphics, thumbnail design or basic graphic design skills
Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic analytics

Equipment

We provide professional equipment, so you can do the job with our kit. If you have your own camera and gear you are comfortable using, that is a bonus, but it is not a requirement.

What We Offer

£25,000 to £27,000 per year, depending on experience
