Apprentice LCV Technician (Mercedes-Benz)

40 hours/week (Mon-Fri) + 30-min unpaid break

Are you ready to start your journey in the automotive industry? Join the UK’s largest Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle dealer group and gain hands-on experience, expert mentoring, and ongoing training from the Mercedes-Benz Academy, to help you build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Role Level on the Rygor Career Journey Map: AT1, Apprentice or Trainee

You are an emerging talent in the business, learning through courses and from your colleagues to be the future of the business.

️ Behaviours & Skills Needed

Resilience: Ability and drive to keep going, even when challenges arise.
Motivation: Being eager to learn and give your best every day.
Time Management: Staying organised and completing tasks on time, whether that’s hands-on learning, or academic college work.
Commitment: You will need to be fully committed to the entire apprenticeship programme, demonstrating dedication to completing your work and actively learning from those around you throughout the course and beyond.
Residential Weeks: This course requires periods of staying away from home, typically for one week at a time, to study and train at the learning academy. Attendance at these residential college weeks is a mandatory part of the apprenticeship, so you must be able to commit to attending them.
GCSE Grades: This course requires a Grade 4 in both English & Math GCSE.

You’ll collaborate with experienced technicians, develop your skills through structured training, and be supported throughout your course.
