Support with medication administration according to prescribed schedules and protocols, ensuring safety and accuracy.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, promoting health and well-being.
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and foster positive mental health.
Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques using proper body mechanics to prevent injury.
Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members about client status.
