Help Shape the Future of Sustainable Manufacturing:
At Ecosystems Technologies, we are not simply manufacturing buildings.
We are challenging conventional construction methods, creating sustainable modular solutions from homegrown timber, delivering projects that have genuine social impact, and building a culture where people are empowered to make a difference.
From homelessness accommodation projects and research facilities in some of Scotland's most remote locations, through to innovative public infrastructure and modular construction solutions, our work is varied, meaningful and constantly evolving.
As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, supported by our recent partnership with Envoy Group, we are looking for an Operations Manager to play a key role in helping us scale our business whilst maintaining the culture, quality standards and values that have made us successful to date.
This is not a role for somebody looking to simply maintain the status quo.
This is an opportunity to help build and shape the operational systems, processes and people that will support the next chapter of Ecosystems Technologies.

Working closely with the Production & Operations Director, Factory Manager, Design Team, Project Teams and wider business, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operational foundations of the business continue to develop in line with our growth ambitions.
Whilst the Factory Manager will focus on managing today's factory operation, the Operations Manager will focus on ensuring the business is positioned to succeed tomorrow, next month and next year.
This role will be central to driving continuous improvement, operational excellence and cross-functional coordination throughout the business.

Working Relationship with the Factory Manager:
A key feature of this role is its partnership with the Factory Manager.
The Factory Manager will focus on the day-to-day management of manufacturing operations, labour, productivity and programme delivery on the factory floor.
The Operations Manager will ensure the systems, planning, resources, compliance and operational structures exist to support that success.
These roles are designed to complement one another. One cannot be successful without the other.
Together, they will form the operational leadership team responsible for ensuring Ecosystems Technologies continues to grow whilst maintaining exceptional standards of safety, quality and delivery.
