As part of the Responsive Repairs Team, you will play a crucial role ensuring that our customers’ homes are safe and compliant.
You will share our passion for delivering an excellent service for our customers and will be able to plan and organise your work to ensure that all jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Teamwork is an essential part of this role, and there is an expectation that our colleagues share best practice and provide support to each other in order to meet the common goals of the team. You will also actively seek out new ways to add value and take our performance to the next level.
Day to day:

To carry out relevant trade duties as instructed by the Team Leader or Working Charge Hand.
- To carry out roofing work to properties to a high standard.. This will include working at height safely.
- To plan and organise workload to maximise productive time and ensure the best service to customers.
Candidate Requirements:

The post requires a NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification
- A proven track record in housing, construction and refurbishment
- The post may involve a significant level of manual handling and standing for prolonged periods
- Candidates should possess a sound knowledge of other trades, and demonstrate a versatile approach to mulit-skilling
- The successful applicant for the role must be disciplined, IT literate, flexible and have a can do attitude
