Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Disley, Cheshire

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £27,560 Annual salary.

Reports To: Shift Manager / Operations Manager

Shift Pattern: 7-day rotating rota (working any day of the week, including weekends and bank holidays as required)

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations during your shift in our fast-paced clothing retail warehouse. You'll lead a team of warehouse operatives, keeping orders, deliveries, stock movements and returns running accurately, safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise shift operations, prioritise workloads, and report on performance
Lead and motivate the team, allocate work, and ensure SOPs are followed
Oversee order picking, packing and despatch to meet courier deadlines
Manage goods-in, stock accuracy and replenishment using the WMS
Process returns and quality-check faulty items
Liaise with Customer Services and Stock Management to resolve issues
Maintain high Health & Safety and housekeeping standards

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor (essential)
Experience with WMS and handheld scanners (essential)
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and warehouse reporting systems
Good understanding of Health & Safety and manual handling practices
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and peak periods
