Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our public house, and adjacent short-let accommodation . This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality cleaning services in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to ensure hygiene standards are met
Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning duties
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
Flexibility to adapt to different shifts as required
Must have own transport due to the location
