You’ll start your journey within the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team , learning how to engage customers, generate revenue, and build strong commercial foundations.

- Base salary: £26,436.80
- Uncapped commission from day one
- Average SDR earnings: circa £40,000 OTE

As a Junior Sales Executive (SDR), you’ll combine outstanding customer service with commercial awareness:
- Speaking with new customers via phone, email and web chat
- Identifying sales opportunities and generating revenue
- Building strong, meaningful customer relationships
- Working towards clear revenue and customer satisfaction targets
- Accurately updating all activity in the CRM system
