Native Pilates is an upcoming reformer Pilates studio opening in Beccles, Suffolk, and we are currently building our founding instructor team ahead of launch.
We are looking to connect with both experienced reformer instructors and individuals from fitness or movement backgrounds interested in completing a fully sponsored internal training program with a reputable educator.
ABOUT THE STUDIO
Native Pilates is a new studio concept rooted in a more traditional and performance-led approach to Pilates. Our vision is to create a calm, elevated, and highly professional studio environment focused on thoughtful movement, high-quality instruction, and long-term client results.
While Native is new to Beccles, the business is backed by years of industry experience across studio ownership, Pilates education, and instructor training.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We are currently hiring:
- Certified reformer Pilates instructors
- Mat Pilates instructors interested in reformer training
- Personal trainers
- Yoga instructors
- Group fitness instructors
- Individuals with relevant movement or fitness qualifications looking to transition into Pilates instruction
INTERNAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITY
Selected candidates may be offered sponsored internal reformer training as part of a long-term development pathway within the studio.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about movement and interested in developing within a high-quality Pilates environment.
Training sponsorship would involve an agreement to work exclusively with the studio for an agreed period following completion of training.
