Sales Advisor

Fenwick | Kensington | Permanent

We’re excited to be opening a brand new concession in Fenwick, Kingston this August, bringing our brand to one of London’s most prestigious retail destinations.

This is an important step for us and, as we build our opening team, we’re looking for a passionate and customer focused Sales Advisor to help us create a welcoming and engaging experience from day one.

Working alongside the Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in establishing our presence in store, supporting the day to day running of the concession, contributing to sales performance, and ensuring our brand is consistently well represented. This position will involve working 5 days a week, with regular weekend and Bank Holiday working.

All About You

As we prepare to launch our new space, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to be part of something new and help shape how the shop feels from day one.

You’ll enjoy being on the shop floor and feel energised by working with customers. Friendly and approachable, you’ll naturally go the extra mile, taking the time to understand what customers are looking for and helping them find the right product in a way that feels genuine. You’ll take pride in how the shop looks and how customers experience it, keeping standards high and paying attention to the small details that make a difference. You’ll be someone who likes to stay busy, spots what needs doing and gets on with it.

Reliable and hands on, you’ll work closely with the Shop Manager to keep the shop running smoothly, supporting sales, maintaining standards and being a positive part of a small, focused team.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the performance of the shop by contributing to sales through a friendly, engaging and customer focused approach.

· Be a positive and approachable presence on the shop floor, helping create a warm and consistent customer experience.

· Take the time to understand what customers are looking for, offering product advice in a natural, helpful way.

· Take pride in the appearance of the shop, keeping standards high and ensuring the space is always well presented and ready for customers.

· Support with stock deliveries, replenishment and keeping the shop floor fully stocked and organised.

· Stay proactive on the shop floor, spotting what needs doing and getting on with tasks.

· Work closely with the Shop Manager to keep the shop running smoothly, supporting day to day organisation and priorities.

· Handle transactions accurately and confidently, following all company processes.

· Build a good working relationship with the Fenwick store team, contributing to a positive and professional in store presence.

· Follow company processes and ways of working, maintaining a consistent and reliable approach.

· Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times.

Experience, Requirements & Attributes

· Previous experience in a retail or customer facing role.

· A natural interest in working with customers and delivering a high quality experience.

· Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily.

· A proactive and reliable approach, with good attention to detail.

· Willingness to take a hands on approach and support all aspects of shop operations.

· Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

· Flexibility to travel as you will be invited to join our Head Office for training.

· A genuine interest in home interiors and lifestyle brands is an advantage.

· The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary will be dependent on experience and skills, complimented by our employee benefits package.
