We’re delighted to be supporting our client – an established and fast-moving ecommerce group – in recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to help shape the future of their online strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences across their consumer brands.

This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility to work from home one day per week following the probationary period.
Deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across content, email, SEO, PPC, social media (organic and paid), CRO and UX optimisation.
Optimise customer journeys and website performance using analytics and insight-driven improvements.
Create and manage engaging digital content that reflects brand identity and drives conversions.
Produce reports and analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives across multiple brands.
Assist with website merchandising and customer experience improvements.
Provide occasional support to customer service during busy trading periods.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role within an ecommerce environment.
Expertise in at least three of the following:
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
A creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation.
Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar ecommerce platforms.
Knowledge of marketplaces, digital PR, SMS marketing, or Canva/similar tools.
Video creation and editing skills.
Competitive salary: £30,000–£35,000 (DOE)
