Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively handling inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding delivery locations, estimated times of arrival for collection or delivery.
Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts with precision.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and resolve any issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage documentation efficiently.
Use our pricing matrixes to provide customers with spot quotations for transport when requested.

Skills

Proficiency in English is essential
Experience in the transport, warehousing or pallet distribution industries is a distinct advantage
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Strong customer service orientation with experience in client services.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Competence in data entry and maintaining organized records.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
