Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team.
Role Overview
As part of the internal sales team, you will work closely with our External Area Sales Managers to deliver exceptional customer service from order placement through to delivery and aftercare.
This role is central to our customer service and sales operations and plays a key part in supporting the continued growth of the Larsen brand across our network of retailers and distributors.
You will manage customer accounts, track orders, identify sales opportunities, and proactively support business development. If you bring a positive, “can‑do” attitude and a commitment to excellent service, we will invest in your growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Input and record orders in a timely fashion on and Support External Area Sales Managers with day‑to‑day sales activity and customer queries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
- Track orders, monitor sales performance, and identify shortfalls or opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in a customer‑focused or sales support role.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- IT knowledge including Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem‑solving and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
