Full GMC registration with licence to practise
Entry on GMC Specialist Register (or within 6 months of CCT)
Broad experience managing complex older patients
Strong communication, leadership, and MDT collaboration skills
Experience in teaching and supervision
Interest in frailty, dementia, falls, or community geriatrics
Evidence of service development or clinical leadership
Experience in research, audit, or simulation-based teaching
