You’ll be joining us at our busy dental practice on the corner of East Quay and Symons Way in Bridgwater.

Full-time and permanent role - Predominantly Monday - Friday.

Your future in our Taunton practice

Joining a busy 10 Surgery Practice
The Practice offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments, including Invisalign, Implants, Teeth Whitening and Hygiene
With the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further
A fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within dentistry

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
