Full job description

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility

Location: Hybrid-working with requirement for regular travel to The Wallich, Cardiff Hub, 18 Park Place, Cardiff, CF10 3DQ

Purpose of Role:

The role of the Chief Executive Officer is to provide inspirational, strategic and values-driven leadership to The Wallich, delivering our vision of a Wales where people stand together to end homelessness by providing hope, support and lasting solutions.

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the organisation into its 50th year and beyond, ensuring the successful delivery of the 2026–2030 strategy, driving system-wide change to end homelessness, and securing long-term sustainability, impact and organisational effectiveness.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check
