About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the operation at our Zip World Llechwedd Café. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in hospitality and running a tight, well-organised operation.
You’ll take ownership of standards, team leadership, stock, and cash handling, while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.
What will you be doing?
- Working hands-on in the café
- Leading the team on shift, allocating duties and maintaining standards
- Opening and closing the café, including cashing up and end-of-day procedures
- Managing stock ordering, deliveries, stock takes, and waste control
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, Challenge 25, and Health & Safety
- Handling guest feedback professionally and positively
- Working closely with management to support the overall guest experience
What will you need?
- Previous food & beverage supervisory or management experience
- Confident leading during busy periods
- knowledge of requirements and cash handling procedures
- A positive, approachable, and organised leadership style
- Flexibility to work weekends, and peak trading time.

- Blaenau-Ffestiniog, Gwynedd: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
