Working Week: Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Compensation: Competitive (Based on experience) + Plenty of Overtime Available!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Shape & Build: Operate advanced power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts to exact, bespoke specifications.
- Weld with Precision: Utilize your Tig and stick welding techniques to craft secure, flawless joints on varied, custom builds.
- Read the Blueprint: Translate engineering and technical drawings into physical reality for one-of-a-kind projects.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products rigorously to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Work alongside a skilled team to tackle unique fabrication challenges and optimize workshop efficiency.
What You Bring to the Workshop
- Proven Experience: A solid background in professional metal fabrication.
- Welding Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Tig welding (and stick welding techniques).
- Technical Acumen: The ability to read, interpret, and work from complex technical drawings.
- Precision Mindset: Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and an eagle-eyed attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The resourcefulness to troubleshoot custom fabrication challenges as they arise.
