Full job description

Purpose of the post:

Ensure all agreements as part of commercial contracts are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.

Contribute to commercial sales by securing new deals and renewing existing partners.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Deliver all contractual rights and benefits agreed with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Create leads and support in turning the leads into sales.
Act as a key point of contact for Club Doncaster partners, developing strong and proactive working relationships.
Support the Head of Sales in planning, deliviering, and monitoring partnership activations, evnets, match day and event activities.
Manage partnership inventories, including branding, hospitality, community engagement, digital and match day rights.
Monitor and track the delivery of contractal obligations, maintaining accurate records and reporting to partners.
Work closely with marketing, communications and wider event team members to ensure activations are delivered on time and to standard.
Assist with the preparation of partnership review documents and presentations, demonstrating return on investment and value.
Support the wider commercial team with partnership sales opportunities, renewals, and upselling where appropriate.
Represent Club Doncaster at partner events and networking opportunities.
