About The Role
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused 3.5T Delivery Technicians / Drivers to join our growing team.
This is more than just a driving role — you will be responsible for delivering, positioning, and assisting with the installation of high-value commercial equipment at customer sites across the UK. You will work as part of a minimum of a two-person crew, ensuring every delivery is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries using a 3.5T vehicle
- Assist with installation, positioning, and basic setup of equipment
- Provide a first-class customer experience at every delivery
- Load and unload goods safely, following correct manual handling procedures
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Follow planned delivery routes and schedules efficiently
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer sign-off
- Maintain communication with the office regarding progress, delays, or issues
- Represent the company professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (Category B – 3.5T)
- Experience driving 3.5T vehicles (preferred but not essential)
- Good level of physical fitness – heavy lifting is part of the role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Practical mindset – experience with equipment, installations, or site work is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience in delivery & installation roles (e.g., catering equipment, appliances, furniture)
- CSCS card or site experience
- Basic technical or mechanical understanding
