Full job description

We are a small specialist commercial law firm advising business owners on the sale and purchase of businesses and commercial property transactions.

The Role

We are looking to recruit a paralegal / law graduate to support a solicitor across a range of commercial and property related matters. This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure to good-quality work and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with business sales and purchases
Supporting commercial property transactions, including leases and transfers
Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
Managing files and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
Assisting with post-completion matters, including Companies House and Land Registry filings

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised with strong attention to detail
Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
Professional and approachable when dealing with clients and third parties
Able to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Motivated, reliable, and keen to learn

Previous legal experience is not essential. We are ideally seeking someone with a law degree and potentially LPC or SQE qualifications.
