Casa Hotel is the highest AA-rated 4-star hotel in Derbyshire. An independently owned hotel that boasts 100 bedrooms, from spacious doubles to luxurious suites, and 12 meeting rooms accommodating up to 280 guests. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a flexible part-time Room Attendant – roughly 20-30 hours per week including weekends.

As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for the cleaning of the guest bedrooms and replenishing amenities to a 4* standard. You will also be required to manage guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to a high standard:

Duties:

Replenishing linen and guest supplies
Making sure all guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors are cleaned thoroughly in line with the high standards of the hotel
Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper.
Providing a great guest experience
Working with cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines
Appropriately dealing with guest property if left behind in guest rooms
Liaising with the head housekeeper when rooms are ready for guests
Ensuring the equipment you use is in good working condition and used safely and efficiently
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety
