We are seeking a part time administrator to provide a comprehensive support service to our Core Diagnostic Team within Paediatrics. You will be working alongside our Neurodiversity Clinical Team providing them administration support which will mainly be for the Neurodiversity Specialist Nurses. You will also be expected to help cover our Neurodiversity Coordinator at times of absences. You will be liaising with children’s families, carers, external partners, educational facilities, and primary care. Excellent communication skills both written and orally are essential to this job as well as building good relationships with colleagues. You will need to be an organised person and be able to manage your own workload.
To provide comprehensive administrative support service within the Paediatric Core Diagnostic Team. All secretaries appointed to the Care Group have a shared responsibility to service the needs of the Care Group as appropriate.
Assist in the achievement of Departmental Objectives and provide cover for members of the secretarial team during periods of leave or absence.
