Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director to lead our organization’s strategic initiatives and operational excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive innovation, foster collaborative partnerships, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with organizational vision and objectives
Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across all departments
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community organizations to advance organizational goals
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness
Mentor and support senior managers and team leaders to cultivate leadership talent within the organization
Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of its field

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior leadership role with demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational management
Strong background in teaching or educational initiatives is highly desirable
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
Energetic mindset with a passion for driving positive change and fostering growth within an organization

Pay: £17.00 per hour
