Poole Moto opened in 2008 and has grown to be one of the largest dealers in Dorset stocking over 600 miles that are displayed over 5 showrooms.

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, promote our range of motorcycles, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for motorcycles, and a proven track record in sales.

You will be paid £35,000 basic plus commission

Duties

Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and walk in customers to promote our motorcycle range
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models, upselling accessories or additional services where appropriate
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Requirements

Experience in sales or is highly desirable
Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and organisational abilities.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Valid driving licence is preferred.
We value organised professionals who excel in communication and customer engagement, aiming to deliver outstanding service while achieving sales targets.
We are open 7 days a week. The successful candidate will work 5 days on a Rota.

Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
