Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong understanding of landscaping, groundworks and fencing.
Responsibilities
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Build structures such as raised beds or garden features to enhance outdoor areas.
- To lay Patios & Driveways, Artificial Turf, sleeper walls, block walls, Fencing, Gates, Decking, Sheds and much more.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Proven experience is essential.
- Must have own tools and driving License.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- A genuine interest in gardening and landscape design is advantageous.
