Summer Kitchen Team Member — Award-Winning Ice Cream Maker
Love ice cream? Love doing things properly? We're an award-winning gelato and ice cream maker based near Dorchester, and we're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person to join our production team this summer.
We make everything from scratch, with the best ingredients we can get our hands on, and we're looking for someone who cares about that as much as we do. Your days will cover the full process: weighing ingredients, puréeing fruit, potting and labelling, keeping the kitchen and equipment spotless, and yes, plenty of tasting along the way.
You don't need any previous food production experience: we'll give you full in-house and online training, including your Food Safety and Hygiene certificate. What matters more is that you're a hard worker with a can-do attitude, happy to follow recipes precisely and work cleanly and efficiently, whether you're being directed or getting on with it yourself. We're a small, cheerful team who work hard and have a laugh doing it, and we're looking for someone who'll fit right in.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am– roughly 5pm (seasonal, through to early September)
Location: Our HQ kitchen at Rampisham Business Centre, Rampisham Down, DT2 0HS
Please note: you'll need your own transport, as there is no public transport to our site.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
