We're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and talented Head Chef.
We are an award-winning boutique hotel, situated along the Jurassic Coast, overlooking Lyme Bay and the famous Cobb harbour. Our menus from breakfast through to dinner use seasonal and local produce and imagination, whether it’s a light lunch on the terrace, afternoon tea or dinner in the Orangery.

This is a Hands On Head Chef and will the role will include:
Training and support to the kitchen team
Menu planning and implementing new menu ideas
Overseeing the smooth operations within the kitchen
Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness at all times and ensuing health and safety procedures and documents are current and in order
Ensuring all financial requirements are met such as stock takes etc
