As we continue to scale and deliver next-generation aircraft seating, we're looking for a Production Planner to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the heart of our manufacturing process — where planning accuracy, responsiveness, and collaboration are critical to success.

What you'll do in this role as Production Planner

Raise and manage production orders in our ERP system (e.g. Acumatica), aligned with demand and schedules.
Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy across components, quantities, and revisions.
Own short-term inventory planning to ensure material availability for production.
Monitor stock levels and proactively resolve shortages with procurement and warehouse teams.
Generate and issue pick lists to support accurate and timely material allocation.
Coordinate daily and weekly production plans with the shop floor to ensure achievable schedules.
Track production progress and adjust plans in response to demand or capacity changes.
Ensure data integrity across planning, inventory, and production records within the ERP system.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and system usage.

What we're looking for in a Production Planner

Experience in production planning, materials planning, or a supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Acumatica or similar).
Good understanding of BOM structures and inventory management principles.
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and warehouse teams.
Proficiency in Excel for tracking and analysis.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
APICS/CPIM or similar certification.
