About you:
- We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated entry level woodworker / carpenter to work at our Bounds Green workshop in N11 2UD.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Basic Carpentry Knowledge: While this is an entry-level position, candidates should have a basic understanding of carpentry concepts, and a proficiency in common hand and power tools
- Safety Awareness: Candidates should have a strong commitment to safety practices and an understanding of basic safety rules and precautions when working with tools and materials.
- Experience working at a bed or furniture workshop advantageous but not essential
- Experience with furniture upholstering techniques advantageous but not essential
- You will be expected to assist with ad-hoc manual labour tasks in the workshop and warehouse as well occasionally assist the delivery team with delivery and assembly runs as a drivers mate. (no driving required)

Additional information:
- This is a full time self-employed role.
- 9hr shifts , Monday to Friday, working 8am to 5pm (approx - times may vary)
- You may be expected to work independently, and alone from time to time
- Foreign language skills are welcome (we have a diverse team)

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
